Karoly Nikolich, Ph. D., serves as Vice Chairman. He was formerly the executive director of the Neuroscience Institute of Stanford. He is an entrepreneur and consultant, and has over 20 years of biotechnology industry experience in R&D.

Paul Keim, Ph.D., is Senior Investigator and Director of the Pathogen Genomics Division at TGen (The Translational Genomics Research Institute), and Regents Prof. of Biology at the Northern Arizona University.

Jeffrey Trent, Ph.D., is President and Research Director of both the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) in Phoenix, Arizona and the Van Andel Research Institute (VARI) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. TGen and VARI are affiliated partners committed to the rapid, effective translation and application of research findings directed towards patient benefit. The founding Scientific Director of the National Human Genome Research Institute at the National Institutes of Health, Dr. Trent's research is focused on the development and integration of novel tools and technologies to support molecularly informed therapeutic decisions for cancer and other complex diseases.
