febit offers a comprehensive Gene Expression Profiling Service including project consulting, sample quality control, sample labelling, microarray hybridization, read out and bioinformatics data analysis.

You receive a comprehensive bioinformatics report summarizing the project and the data analysis within 2-3 weeks following sample submission.

Microarray contents are customized according to your specific project, using standard gene selections for pathways and also for whole genomes. These gene selections are updated on a regular base by our bioinformatics department. In addition febit can include your specific targets in the microarray design.
